Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by TRAINTECH, GSTIN 27BTXPS2671G1ZX.
Our services
- Skill training memberships delivered in the classroom at our Vasai West centre and through live online sessions.
- A paid one-to-one career counselling session, which is a guidance service and not a training program.
- Customised corporate training delivered on scope agreed in writing.
Enrolment and fees
- Program fees are shown on the relevant program page. Fees are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Payments are collected through an external payment platform. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully received and we have acknowledged it.
- Fees are for the training service described on the program page. Fees do not include third-party software licences, hardware or examination charges unless expressly stated.
- We may revise fees for future enrolments. A revision does not affect a membership already paid for.
Batches, schedule and delivery
- Batch start dates, timings and mode of delivery are confirmed at the time of enrolment and may be adjusted where operationally necessary. We will inform you of any change.
- Classroom training is our primary delivery format. Live online delivery is available and may be used where a classroom session cannot run.
- Curriculum content is reviewed periodically and may be updated to keep pace with tool changes.
Learner responsibilities
- Attend sessions as scheduled and complete practice work, since the training is practical in nature.
- For online sessions, arrange a suitable device and internet connection.
- Use study material, practice files and recordings for your own learning only. Do not copy, resell, redistribute or publish them.
- Behave respectfully towards trainers and fellow learners. We may withdraw access where conduct disrupts a batch.
Certification
A TRAINTECH certificate of completion is issued on meeting the attendance and project requirements of your membership. Our certificate is issued by TRAINTECH and is not a university degree or a government qualification.
Placement assistance
Where a program includes placement assistance, it means interview preparation guidance, profile support and sharing of relevant opportunities that come to our notice. It is assistance only. TRAINTECH does not guarantee employment, internship, salary, income or any specific career outcome.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and all training material provided to learners remain the property of TRAINTECH or its licensors. Third-party product names such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau and ChatGPT belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe what we teach. Reference to a tool does not imply any partnership, affiliation or endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of employment opportunity, earnings or business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Palghar, Maharashtra.
