What you are purchasing
Our services are training and guidance services delivered by people. They are not downloadable products or physical goods. The inclusions of each membership are listed on the relevant program page.
Confirmation after payment
- Once your payment is successfully received, we acknowledge your enrolment and confirm your batch details.
- Confirmation is normally shared within 1 to 2 working days of payment.
- If you do not hear from us within that period, please contact us so we can check the payment reference.
Delivery modes
- Classroom training at our Vasai West centre, which is our primary delivery format.
- Live online sessions for learners who cannot attend in person.
- Corporate sessions at your premises, at our centre, or online, as agreed in the proposal.
Schedule
- Batch start dates and session timings are confirmed at enrolment.
- Where a scheduled session cannot run, we inform learners and arrange a replacement session or an alternative delivery mode.
- Training hours are as published on the website and may vary on public holidays.
Study material and support
- Module-wise study material and practice files are shared as each module is covered.
- Doubt-solving support is available during your membership period, in session and through the learner WhatsApp group.
- Guided projects are provided so you complete the program with practical work of your own.
Certification
A completion certificate is issued after you meet the attendance and project requirements of your membership, normally within 15 working days of completion.
Learner cooperation
Delivery depends on your participation. Attending sessions, completing practice work and raising doubts promptly are necessary for you to receive the full benefit of the membership.
