Practical before theoretical
You learn a technique by using it on data, not by watching it demonstrated. Every module has exercises you complete yourself.
About us
A training institute focused on skills workplaces actually use
TRAINTECH teaches Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau and AI-assisted productivity to students and working professionals, from our centre in Vasai West and through live online batches.
Who we are
Built around practical digital skills
TRAINTECH is a skill-training institute based in Vasai West. We work with two groups of learners: students preparing to enter the workforce, and working professionals who need stronger data, reporting and AI-productivity skills for the role they already have.
Our subject focus is deliberately narrow. Rather than offering a long catalogue, we teach a connected set of tools — Advanced Excel, data analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft 365 and generative AI assistants — so that what you learn in one module supports the next.
Training is delivered primarily in the classroom at our Ambadi Road centre, where learners can practise with a trainer beside them. Live online batches are available for learners whose schedules or commute make classroom attendance difficult.
We are transparent about scope. Memberships include study material, guided projects, doubt-solving support, a learner WhatsApp group and a completion certificate. Gold additionally includes placement assistance, which means preparation and profile support plus sharing relevant opportunities — not a job guarantee.
How we teach
Our training principles
These are the rules we hold ourselves to in every batch.
Foundations in the right order
Excel and data handling come first. Dashboards and AI assistance are only useful once you can verify whether the output is correct.
Realistic data, realistic problems
Exercises use messy, inconsistent, real-world-shaped datasets, because that is what workplaces hand you.
Support while you are stuck
Doubt solving in session and a learner WhatsApp group so small blockers do not stall your progress for a week.
Honest expectations
We describe what a program teaches and what support is included. We do not promise jobs, salaries or guaranteed outcomes.
Content that keeps current
Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power BI, Tableau and generative AI tools change quickly, so the curriculum is reviewed and updated.
Who we serve
Learners across Vasai-Virar and the Mumbai region
Our classroom is in Vasai West, convenient for learners from Vasai, Nalasopara, Virar and nearby areas. Live online batches extend the same curriculum to learners across the Mumbai region and beyond.
